SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES:

Our shipping and handling fees are very fair and competitive.  For any order in the continental United States $50.00 and under, a flat rate of $4.50 is charged.  Any order over $50.00 is free.  To cover extra expenses incurred, shipping and handling fees for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are $12.50 for orders $70.00 and under.  Any order over $70.00, the charge is $9.50.

HOME DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Most of our products will ship within 2 to 5 days USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground.  The exception to this guideline is for the personalized items.  The personalized items usually ship within 7 to 10 days.  Should an exception to these guidelines occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible after we receive your order. 

You will receive an e:mail stating that we received your order, as well as, an e:mail confirmation (and tracking number from the shipper) as to when it has been sent to your shipping address.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred by Shower Gifts and Kid Stuff.  Once we receive the package back to the company, credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping costs will be made.

SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICIES:

The security of your information is very important to us.  Once your enter the checkout page, your computer will begin communicating with our server in a secure mode.  You can tell you are in secure mode by the following:
